Principals Jeffrey M. O'Connell   joconnell@dataworksintl.com Heads the database development department at DataWorks. Jeff works closely with clients and staff programmers during each stage of development to make sure that each database is well-planned and well-executed. As an expert in statistical design and analysis, Jeff generates results from all of the surveys that DataWorks conducts for clients. Jeff graduated from Brown University in 1977 and received his Ph.D. from Florida State University in 1985. Before joining DataWorks in 1989, he was an assistant professor at Davidson College and Lafayette College.Top Sheila O'Connell   soconnell@dataworksintl.com Is responsible for overall project management and new business development. She works closely with the database development and data management staff to ensure that the work for each project is completed promptly and meets or exceeds the client's specifications. Before founding DataWorks in 1988, Sheila held positions in industry including programmer, technical services representative, database team leader, and director of data processing. She graduated from Brown University in 1978, and completed a M.S. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at Florida State University in 1983.Top The staff at DataWorks includes customer services representatives, data entry, mailing and fulfillment personnel, programmers, and project managers. All of the groups work closely together to find and implement the best program or solution for each customer.
